Absolutely! Partner yoga is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all levels, including beginners. You’ll find a welcoming and supportive atmosphere at our workshop, making it a perfect starting point or an exciting addition to your yoga practice.

No preparation necessary! You don’t need to bring anything, but if you prefer, you can bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.
